    A. Applicability<\/h2>\n

    <\/p>\n

    These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as \u00abGTC<\/strong>\u00bb) govern the use of the real estate platform of Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG by all natural or legal persons (\u00abhereinafter referred to as \u00abUsers<\/strong>\").<\/p>\n

    Users are made aware of these GTCs upon registration and by registering, the user acknowledges these GTCs and agrees to them without reservation. These GTCs apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    B. Use of the property platform<\/h2>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Registration and maintenance of a user account on the property platform is free of charge for users. The mere registration and use of the user account does not result in any direct or indirect costs for the user.<\/p>\n

    A fee is payable per advert; the amount of this fee is shown at the time the order is placed in accordance with the applicable price list. The user can make changes to an advertisement that has already been placed at any time, but only once in total. No commission is payable for successful, independent brokerage via the property platform.<\/p>\n

    Support exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. WENET provides the \u201eEnter advert\u201c service as a self-service.<\/li>\n
    2. Support services (telephone, e-mail, chat, written, technical or individual) are excluded for this service.<\/li>\n
    3. Information on use can only be found in the associated digital descriptions and online instructions.<\/li>\n
    4. Use is at your own risk; enquiries regarding operation, process or results cannot be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Duration of the adverts
      <\/strong>
      <\/strong>

      The term of a paid advertisement is 60 days from activation<\/strong> by the Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG. The advert is not automatically deactivated at the end of the term.<\/strong> The user is obliged to return the advertisement after expiry of the to deactivate or delete independently<\/strong>, especially as soon as the property is sold or no longer available.<\/p>\n

      An extension or further publication beyond the term is only possible as part of a new booking\/extension and is based on the price list valid at the time of the extension. There is no entitlement to a refund of fees already paid<\/p><\/div>\n

      C. Purpose of the property platform<\/h2>\n

      <\/p>\n

      The property platform of Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG allows advertisements for land, houses, properties of all kinds, flats, etc. (hereinafter referred to as \u00abObjects<\/strong>\u00bb) are made accessible to third parties and contacts with interested parties are established. The properties must be located in Switzerland. Realised or planned properties for sale as well as building land can be advertised. The property platform serves exclusively to broker properties. The Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG is not a party to transactions between users of the property platform. Separate brokerage agreements between users and Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG remain reserved.<\/p>\n

      D. Registration and use<\/h2>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Registration and an account are required to use the property platform. Users undertake to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. There is no entitlement to registration. Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG may refuse registration or delete users who have already registered without giving reasons.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Each user may register for a maximum of one account. Multiple accounts that are directly or indirectly available to one user are prohibited. Users undertake to use their access data in accordance with the contract and not to make it accessible to third parties. Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data. Users undertake to inform Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG immediately of any unauthorised use of their account or security breaches.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      By registering, users agree that their data may be used and processed by the Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG for offers, communications and services.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Users can request the deletion of their account and their data by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned under B.<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      E. Publication of advertisements<\/h2>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Users can advertise properties for sale on the real estate platform in accordance with B below. The user is responsible for ensuring that the following requirements for the publication of adverts are met. There is no entitlement to the publication of an advert. Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG may refuse to publish an advertisement or take already published advertisements offline again without giving reasons. By publishing the property, Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG assumes no responsibility for the content of the advertisement. Wealth Investment Network - WENET AG can correct obvious errors in the advertisement independently without consulting the user.<\/p>\n
